4.3 Plain Dealing Site Improvements-Complete

These improvements include a new bus drive and parking for the newly renovated Pre-K classrooms.  The work also includes 2 new, fenced, handicapped accessible playgrounds; one for Pre-K students and one for elementary students.  The Pre-K playground will include a tricycle track around its perimeter.  Each playground will be adjacent to the student population that it serves.
